Iceland - Patch (23.2.8)
This Iceland patch release resolves issues reported across Transfer, Change Occupancy, Booking Overview, Package Search, Booking Wizard, and Promotions. It improves reliability for multi-room cancellations and transfers, corrects cruise inventory and MaxPax availability displays, and keeps channel, fee, and promotion handling consistent after booking changes so everyday workflows stay accurate and dependable.
Transfer — Package Search Filter Fields Restored (ST-4048)
During Transfer filter fields are not visible Transfer When transferring a room, Package Search filter fields were missing from the panel. The full filter panel is visible again during Transfer, while room selection remains locked as intended.
Transfer — Fees Applied to All Passengers (ST-4037)
Transfer fee not applying to all pax Transfer Transfer fees are now charged for every passenger when transferring rooms to another package or date, including large transfers that are processed in chunks. Previously, some passengers could be omitted from the fee calculation.
Booking Overview — Room Doubling on Large Modifications (ST-4026)

Package Search — Unavailable Categories When MaxPax Insufficient (ST-4011)
Display of unavailable price categories when MaxPax is insufficient Inventory Package Search In Package Search, when a departure’s MaxPax capacity is insufficient for the requested rooms, every price category in the expanded availability row now shows as unavailable (NA). Previously only the default price category showed NA while other categories could still display a zero price, which was misleading even though Add Options was already disabled.
Package Search — Multi-Leg Cruise Inventory Accuracy (ST-3992)
[Belmond] Day to day view shows wrong inventory value for two leg package Package Search For multi-leg cruise packages in Package Search, Create Itinerary and Booking Wizard now resolve the cruise component that belongs to the package being booked, rather than always using the first cruise component returned. Availability for each leg (for example Paris–Budapest–Paris) is shown and booked against the correct service.
Booking Overview — Cancelled Services Hidden After Transfer (ST-3985)
After occupancy change the cancelled service is visible after transfer Change Occupancy After a room was transferred to another itinerary, Booking Overview on the original itinerary could incorrectly show a cancelled inclusive service for the transferred passenger. This display-only issue has been resolved; pricing and booking records were not affected.
Booking Wizard — Soft-Deleted Component Options Handled (ST-3981)
Deleted Component Options still impacting Booking Wizard Booking Wizard Booking Wizard no longer fails when a previously selected Component Option has been soft-deleted (for example, removed from a cruise catalog while still linked via Package Levels). Soft-deleted options are loaded as a fallback so existing passenger selections and saved itinerary lines can still resolve during search and rebuild.
Booking Overview — Cancelled Passenger Pricing with Promotions (ST-3975)
Cancelled pax summary incorrect when Promotion was applied to the room Booking Overview Promotions Booking Overview pricing after cancelling a passenger on a booking with a room-level promotion now remains accurate. Promotion amounts are included in the overview table so cancelled-passenger summaries no longer shift or misstate totals.
Change Occupancy / Transfer — Channel and Currency Retained (ST-3964)
After Itinerary Channel is changed the Change Occ and Transfer is not possible Change Occupancy Transfer Changing room occupancy or transferring a package or departure date could leave Check Availability disabled when the itinerary’s sales channel was set on the Details tab and was not in the account’s standard channel list. In that case currency could not be validated and was cleared, blocking the action. Booking Wizard now retains the itinerary’s existing channel and currency in these flows so Check Availability stays enabled and pricing behaves as expected. Standalone Package Search is unaffected. Refreshing itinerary and passenger data after Details-tab channel or currency changes is also more reliable.
Promotions — Room-Level Amount Discount Split Across Passengers (ST-3945)
Promos > Value Discount not applied correctly in BO where Occupancy level = Room Promotions Room-level amount discounts (Occupancy Level = Room) are now split across passengers in the room instead of applying the full value to each person. Booking Overview amounts align with Package Search and Booking Wizard (for example, a −100 room discount with two passengers shows −50 each). For fixed Amount effects on multi-night services (for example a cruise cabin), set Max Allocation on the promotion effect to control how many nights the discount applies to. Leave it blank to allow the amount on each night of the stay; set it to 1 for a one-off room discount (first night when sorting is by date). Incorrect Max Allocation can make a room discount look several times larger than expected even when passenger splitting is correct. If the promotion effect currency differs from the search or display currency (for example effect in EUR, Package Search in GBP), converted amounts can differ from the configured face value — that is expected currency conversion, not a pricing error.
