Supplier Invoice Lines are generated for services that are not in the builder Group Tour Supplier Invoices Fixed an issue where Supplier Invoice Lines with costs were incorrectly created for services in "Operations Pending" mode -- services not yet activated in the itinerary builder. These services are now excluded from supplier invoicing, consistent with the existing handling of cancelled and deleted services.
