Passenger Duplication Handling Passenger Grid 2.0 The change addresses matching differences between REST and Excel imports. - REST now only matches an incoming passenger when you supply a specific passenger Id, preventing accidental updates. - Excel/bulk imports keep richer matching and add two extra safety checks—full name + date of birth + email, and full name + date of birth + passport—to reliably align spreadsheet rows with existing travelers. This reduces both missed matches and wrong merges, depending on the import channel.
