Iceland - Patch (23.2.6)
This Iceland patch release addresses issues reported in recent releases, with a focus on Payments, Cancellations, Transfer, and Service Departures. Payment schedules and cancelled-passenger balances are more accurate and consistent with Booking Overview, including milestone rollup for amounts due today. Transfer and change-occupancy flows handle cancellation fees, Trip links, and pre/post stay lines more reliably. The Cabin and Seating Tool excludes unconfirmed bookings, warns when room-share passengers are split across cabins, and supports smoother keyboard-driven cabin assignment. Package Editor cloning between service level modes is also corrected.
Payments — Outstanding Balance After Cancellation (ST-3916)
Payments Tab: Outstanding balance clamped to zero for cancelled passengers — prevents refund settlement workflow Payments When a passenger was cancelled after paying more than their cancellation fee, the Payments tab Outstanding column incorrectly showed $0 even though Booking Overview correctly showed a Refund Due. Outstanding now shows the true negative balance representing credit owed to the passenger, consistent with Refund Due on Booking Overview. Passengers who still owe money after cancellation are unchanged.
Cabin and Seating — Unconfirmed Bookings Hidden (ST-3897)
Cabin and Seating Tool is showing non-confirmed Itineraries Service Departures The Cabin and Seating Tool no longer shows passengers from unconfirmed bookings.
Transfer — Cancellation Fee After Occupancy Change (ST-3844)
Unapaid cancellation fee from transferred passengers left in the original itinerary Booking Overview Booking Wizard Payments Transfer Fixed an issue where unpaid cancellation fees from transferred passengers could remain on the original itinerary after an occupancy change. Transfer cancellation fees are now created correctly on the destination itinerary.
Cancellations — Pre/Post Stay Lines in Change Occupancy (ST-3838)
Pre/Post stay line missing after being removed via CO mode Cancellations Fixed an issue where pre/post stay lines were missing after being removed via change occupancy mode. Cancelled lines for active passengers now display correctly.
Change Occupancy — Pre/Post Stay Cancellation Fees (ST-3837)
No canx fee for Pre/Post stay nights for the survivor after reducing occupancy Cancellations Fixed package item cancellation fee calculation in change occupancy mode, including pre/post stay nights for surviving passengers after reducing occupancy.
Transfer — Trip Link Preserved (ST-3819)
When you Transfer on an Itinerary which is linked to a Trip the new Itinerary is not linked to that Trip Transfer When transferring passengers on an itinerary linked to a Trip, the destination itinerary now retains the Trip link instead of leaving it blank.
Package Editor — Service Level Mode on Clone (ST-3807)
[Package Levels] Error thrown when changing service level mode of clone from Package Levels to No Service Levels Package Editor Fixed an error when changing the service level mode of a cloned package from Package Levels to No Service Levels, including duplicate options appearing on the package.
Payments — Due-Today Milestone Rollup (ST-3798)
Resolve uncovered use cases for payment milestone rollup (deposit / interim / balance) Payments Payment schedule milestones due today are now correctly rolled up with past-due milestones, so deposit, interim, or balance payments due today are consolidated instead of appearing as separate, unmerged line items.
Cabin and Seating — Room-Share Assignment Warning (ST-3720)
Cabin and Seating: Warning needed when assigning 2 Passenger sharing a room to different rooms Service Departures When passengers who share the same room are assigned to different cabins, the table now shows a clear warning on each affected row. This helps catch mis-assignments before finalizing cabin allocations. Warnings update as you make changes and clear once everyone in the room-share group is in the same cabin again.
Passenger Grid — Direct Guest Lead Passenger on Group/Charter (ST-3719)
Direct Guest Booking always added as Lead Passenger on Group/Charter Passenger Grid Fixed an issue where direct guest bookings were always added as the lead passenger on group and charter itineraries. Person Account linking to passengers now respects the DisablePassengersLinkingNonB2B pilot features for B2B and non-B2B channels when creating an itinerary. Some additional notes for settings.  1. Pilot\_Features custom permission must be assigned to the user via a permission set/profile —UserSettingService.hasPilotFeaturereturnsfalseunconditionally without it. 2. DisablePassengersLinkingNonB2B added to the Pilot Features field in settings.   3. The booking channel must be non-B2B (IsB2BChannel\_\_c \= false) — which is the case for Belmond's Groups/Charters channels.
Cabin and Seating — Keyboard Cabin Assignment (ST-3387)
Cabin and Seating Tool - Keyboard entry seat assignment failure Service Departures When assigning cabins to passengers, the seat/cabin selection popover now always shows a search box for faster lookup. Keyboard focus is handled more reliably: after selecting a cabin, focus moves to the next passenger's cabin selector, and closing the popover without a selection returns focus correctly. Pressing Enter in the search box no longer unexpectedly closes the popover, and search text is captured more consistently.
Payments — Cancelled Passenger Amounts (ST-3028)
[Payment Schedules] Cancelled Passengers does not reflect amount owed - based on Cancellation configuration Payments Cancelled passengers on the Payments tab now display the correct cancellation fee, amount paid, and outstanding balance, aligned with Booking Overview and your cancellation configuration.
