Railbookers: UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW: unable to obtain exclusive access to this record or 1 records Itinerary Builder A potential improvement to reduce the number of locks held whilst saving an Itinerary has been identified. The new logic to reduce the locks can be enabled as a pilot feature. To enable the logic, go to `Kaptio Settings` > `User Overrides`. Open the User Override you wish to enable the logic for, org wide, profile or user. In the Pilot Features field add: `ReduceAccountLocks` If there are multiple entries in the field, they must be separated by a semi-colon. To enable a user to use pilot features, the user must have the (Kaptio) Pilot Features permission set assigned to them. **Important:** It is very likely that Builder will fail for users from their browsers when the new package is deployed. To fix the issue, the user must clear their browser cache so the new Builder javascript code is installed in their browser.
